Just about there now aren’t we?  Silly season is upon us where we all get torn as to which event to attend most every weekend…. Between hosting viewings at the showroom on a Saturday, to my never-ending list of jobs that my wife seemingly dreams up for me at home on a Sunday, my ability to support the mass of regional, national and even international events is diminished, much to my disappointment.

Credit to the organisers and volunteers of them all. Certainly the crowds at the last Bicester Heritage Sunday Scramble prove the popularity of such events. Perhaps if I suggest to Louise that we spectate the Mille Miglia or Villa D’Este Concours that list of Sunday jobs will reduce??…

…Meanwhile, back on planet “yeah right!”, here’s a few new arrivals and old friends for you to consider….

1962 Triumph TR4, UK delivered, early car with TR3a style seats, Surrey top, throaty exhaust and spritely engine.  I’m currently undergoing a little light prep to make it look more like it did in period.  Happy to sell this car with the Minilite wheels, but I’m in the process of preparing the original steel wheels and chrome hub caps to go back on the car, plus one or two light cosmetic jobs…. £25,990 finished, or a sensible offer as-is please.

1964 Austin-Healey 3000 Mk.III, £69,990.  Truly one of the finest for sale today, (but I would say that wouldn’t I).  Still, without bias, I genuinely believe that the AH 3000 is one of the all-round greats of the classic car world, and currently seriously undervalued against its E-Type or XK convertible rivals.  Get in quick before everyone wakes up to this travesty…

1953 Bristol 403 Saloon.  Unusual, compelling, surprisingly pleasant to drive, fabulously over-engineered and yours for £59,990.  Go on, be that Guy who dares to be different, just be prepared for a barrage of questions from the uninitiated….

With the better weather comes a host more sales enquiries, accordingly, I’m always interested in selling on a commission basis or outright buying your classic car if you’re considering selling.   Please talk to me should you be deliberating a change of wheels this Spring….

Some cars even I have to concede may not be suited to retail in North Yorkshire in which case my connections and relationships with the UK auction houses could benefit us both mutually.  Always open to ideas and happy to discuss….
